Brandie Puls, an accomplished entrepreneurial executive, brings over 30 years of successful leadership experience. Passionate about supporting fellow female leaders, she has dedicated her time to mentorship and consulting for women-owned businesses. Brandie's impressive career includes roles as Co-Founder at FFI Rx Managed Care, Vice President of First Florida Insurers, and Founder and CEO of Medical Options Finance. Under her exceptional leadership and unwavering expertise, these companies achieved remarkable success, culminating in a triumphant and successful exit.

Taking a break to prioritize her sons, Brandie immersed her family in cultural experiences by living in Monaco for over 2 years. Actively involved in charitable initiatives and organizations associated with the International School of Monaco, she extended her philanthropic reach abroad. Currently, as Co-Founder of Panthera® Insurance Partners, Brandie focuses on corporate business, cyber security, and surplus lines.

A proud Tampa native, Brandie actively contributes to the community. She serves on the Board of Directors of National Conduit Supply Inc., is a member of Kappa Alpha Theta Alumnae, participates in fundraising for the Egypt Temple Shrine Circus, and supports the Education Foundation of Sarasota and Warriors for Autistic Children. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations and Marketing from the University of Florida's College of Journalism, Brandie's expertise and commitment continue to make a significant impact.

Johnathan Puls is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in business. He currently serves as the CEO of Panthera® Insurance Partners. Prior to this role, Johnathan founded and served as the President and CEO of Puls Industries, LLC. Established at the beginning of the pandemic in March 2020, the company played a crucial role in supplying personal protective equipment (PPE) to various state and local governments, hospital groups, and private organizations in need.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Johnathan has been dedicated to pursuing continuous learning and personal growth. He attended the Hult International School of Business in London, where he earned a BBA, honing his skills in international business. As an international business entrepreneur, he also completed a competitive immersive coding boot camp at Stanford University, gaining extensive knowledge of various coding applications. Furthermore, he served as a board member of Real Men Wear Pink, a breast cancer awareness foundation, where he worked to collectively raise over a million dollars for breast cancer research and treatment. Johnathan also holds an active Life & Health license as well as a General Agents Property &. Casualty license.

Johnathan’s passion for cars and racing is an intrinsic part of his life. With an SCCA racing license under his belt, he finds exhilaration in pushing the limits on the track. Formula One races hold a special place in his heart, and he eagerly attends them whenever possible. Not content with being a mere spectator, he has a love of getting behind the wheel himself; racing GT3 series cars on the track.

With his diverse skill set, proven leadership abilities, and commitment to excellence, Johnathan Puls continues to make a significant impact in various industries and demonstrates a passion for success and community involvement.

With over three decades of dedicated service in the insurance industry, Rhonda brings a wealth of expertise and insight to her role as Director of Risk Management. She is tasked with overseeing and managing risk for our customers and our organization.

Her role encompasses a comprehensive approach that addresses various aspects to ensure the utmost protection for our customers. By thoroughly vetting insurance policies, Rhonda ensures that they align with our customers' needs while providing robust protection against potential threats.

Rhonda's commitment to excellence is evident in her possession of both a Life & Health License and a General Agents (Property & Casualty) License, showcasing her dedication to maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the insurance landscape. This dual licensure underscores her commitment to providing well-rounded expertise in managing diverse aspects of risk within the organization.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Rhonda resides in Tampa with her husband Mick, who serves as a strategic planner at J3X USSOCOM, MacDill AFB. Their shared commitment to strategic planning and risk management extends beyond the workplace, enriching their lives both personally and professionally.

Nicole Pokonosky is the National Customer Service Manager at Panthera® Insurance Partners, boasting over two decades of expertise in the global automotive, food and beverage, and manufacturing sectors. Her extensive experience enables her to adeptly tailor her skills to cater to diverse clients, leveraging her comprehensive administrative knowledge for achieving maximum operational impact.

An esteemed alumna of Iowa State University, Nicole recently made the move from Chicago to the vibrant Tampa area. Her commitment to community welfare is evident through her active participation in multiple United Way annual campaigns and long-standing support for St. Jude's Children's Hospital. Embracing a passion for community involvement, she eagerly anticipates continued opportunities to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

Alexander Roberto serves as the esteemed Head of International Business Development at Panthera® Insurance Partners, operating out of our London office. His pivotal role involves crafting and nurturing strategic partnerships, expanding our global footprint, and driving our presence, especially in the UK, France, and Monaco.

Born in London and raised in Monaco, Alexander brings a rich, multicultural background to his role, providing him with a unique perspective on global markets and an innate ability to navigate the complexities of international business relations. His academic journey is marked by excellence, having graduated with First-Class Distinction in Business Management from the University of Bath.

In the realm of insurance, Alexander's expertise is profound. As a distinguished member of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), he has not only successfully completed the CII Certificate in Insurance but is also currently pursuing the CII Diploma in Insurance, demonstrating his dedication to staying at the forefront of industry standards and practices. Furthermore, he holds the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) accreditation in cyber liability, underscoring his expertise in one of the most critical areas of insurance today.
