With over three decades of dedicated service in the insurance industry, Rhonda brings a wealth of expertise and insight to her role as Director of Risk Management. She is tasked with overseeing and managing risk for our customers and our organization.
Her role encompasses a comprehensive approach that addresses various aspects to ensure the utmost protection for our customers. By thoroughly vetting insurance policies, Rhonda ensures that they align with our customers’ needs while providing robust protection against potential threats.
Rhonda’s commitment to excellence is evident in her possession of both a Life & Health License and a General Agents (Property & Casualty) License, showcasing her dedication to maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the insurance landscape. This dual licensure underscores her commitment to providing well-rounded expertise in managing diverse aspects of risk within the organization.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Rhonda resides in Tampa with her husband Mick, who serves as a strategic planner at J3X USSOCOM, MacDill AFB. Their shared commitment to strategic planning and risk management extends beyond the workplace, enriching their lives both personally and professionally.
